Consider and take action to approve an order to enter into a contract to do repairs and restoration to the stained-glass dome in the historic Anderson County Courthouse, authorized by the Texas Local Government Code Section 262.024 (a) (3) to grant the discretionary exemption on an item necessary because of unforeseen damage to public property. Judge McKinney

7. Consider authorizing DRG Architects working with Emmanuel-Stained Glass Studios, Inc. to draft a contract and a detailed scope of work with a quote, to repair and renovate the stained-glass dome at the historical Anderson County Courthouse, to be reviewed and approved at a future Court meeting. Judge McKinney

8. Canvass votes for November 5, 2024, General Election and take action as necessary. Judge McKinney

9. Consider and take action on renewing a donated office space agreement between Anderson County, the donor, and the Honorable Cody Harris, a Member of the House of Representatives of Texas. The address of the donated office space property is 519 N. Sycamore Street; the value of the donated office space is estimated to be $6,000.00, with the agreement to begin January 10, 2025, and end January 10, 2027. Judge McKinney
