10. Consider and take action on a Land Use Agreement between Commissioner Precinct 3 Road and Bridge and Or. Barry James, to reroute the flow of water to alleviate erosion on ditches at Anderson County Road 377, and authorize County Judge to sign agreement. Commissioner Wilbanks
11. Consider and take action to authorize Commissioner Precinct 3 to purchase a tractor up to $50,000.00, to be paid from Precinct 3 Road and Bridge Capital Outlay budget and obtain quotes for financing. Commissioner Wilbanks
12. Consider and take action to allow Precinct 4 to submit a bid up to $75,000.00 for equipment at Rene Bates Auction. Commissioner Hill
13. Approve all new and renewed bonds for Elected/Appointed Officials and other appointments and take action as necessary. Auditor Megan Lambright
14. Consider and approve a contract with Landmark Realty for brokerage services for the Civic Center property located at 1819 W. Spring Street, Palestine, Texas, and allow the County Judge to sign contract. Auditor Megan Lambright
15. Consider and take action to declare the following items no longer used by Constable Precinct 4, as surplus, to be sold at auction or destroyed: Motorola Mobile Vehicle Radio, Kenwood Handheld Radio w/ battery and charger, JVC Digital Video Camera, Sony Mini Recorder, Evolution Micro Video Recorder w/disc, King Cobra Handheld Stun Gun w/case, Kenwood Handheld Radio w/battery & charger, Cisco Flip Video w/case, Black Tailgate Device w/Dodge Symbol, Pro-Gard Vehicle Gun Rack, Sony Cyber-Shot Camera w/case and charger.
