12. Consider and take action on an increase to Road and Bridge Precinct 4 Capital Outlay from Contingency in the amount of $13,717.42 to replace 2 fuel pumps, located at Road and Bridge Precinct 4 Shop. (Budget Amendment #62).
13. Consider and take action on approving a contract with Auctioneer Express which is renewable every two years.
14. Consider and take action on the application and Resolution Number R-06-2025 for the HAVA Security Sub-Grant.
15. Consider and take action on accepting the terms and conditions and submitting the application with U.S. Bank Commercial Card. U.S. Bank Commercial Card is replacing Citibank, due to being awarded by State Contract with the State of Texas.
16. Consider and take action on replacing the substandard electrical panel in the Sheriff's Office Maintenance Shop to bring it up to code and install additional outlets to make it more efficient.
17. Consider and take action to declare a list of Sheriff's Office equipment surplus for auction.
18. Consider and take action on declaring a list of IT equipment consisting of computers, monitors, scanners and phones surplus for auction.
19. Consider adjourning into Closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.071, Consultation with Attorney to seek advice of its attorney about: a. Pending or contemplated litigation; or b. A settlement offer; or c. On a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter.
20. Reconvene into Open Session.
