7. Consider and take action to receive and file for the record documentation from the IT department 100% completion of Cyber-Security training by elected and appointed officials and County employees with a valid County e-mail accessing our computer system.
8. Consider and take action on the purchase of a 2017 Dodge Diesel 4500 flatbed truck in the amount of $40,000 from KKS Auto for Road and Bridge Precinct 1.
9. Consider and take action on the purchase of a 2012 Dodge Diesel 4500 service bed truck in the amount of $30,000 from Silver Star Motors for Road and Bridge Department Precinct 1.
10. Consider and take action on the purchase of two trucks from Rick Hardy in the amount of $23,540 for Road and Bridge Department Precinct 3.
11. Consider and take action on changes to the Rural Law Enforcement Grant (SB22) 2025 budgeted positions for the County Jail.
12. Consider and take action on revising the Anderson County Purchasing Policies and Procedures Manual, with regard to raising the required bid limit to comply with Local Government Code 262.023.
13. Consider and take action on the 2026 Health Insurance Renewal.
14. Authorize the Auditor's Office to request bids for base stone, iron ore gravel, corrugated metal/polypropylene culvert pipe, road oil (refined) cracked fuel oil, asphalt treated road material, bituminous cold patch material, asphaltic concrete hot mix, high performance cold mix asphalt patch material, recycled asphalt product, gasoline and diesel fuel, pug mill mixing, railroad tank car culverts and flatbed cars, new and used steel pipe and hauling materials for the year 2026.
15. Consider and take action on any changes to the FY 2026 Proposed Budget.
16. Consider and take action to adopt the FY 2026 Budget.
19. Consider and take action on Attorney's recommended changes to the architect's contract for the expansion building of the Agri-Life Extension Services, located at 519 N. Sycamore Street, Palestine, Texas, and possibly review plans.
17. Consider and take action to adopt the FY 2025 Tax Rate which will fund the 2026 Budget.
20. Consider and take action to reject the bid/expired contract on the Civic Center and consider the bidder with the next highest cash offer as required by LGC Sec. 263.008 (d) to purchase the building.
