Consider and take action on awarding bids for the following items for the year 2026: Asphalt treated road material, bituminous cold patch material, asphaltic concrete hot mix, high performance cold mix asphalt patch material, recycled asphalt product, base stone, CRS-2, iron ore gravel, corrugated metal/polypropylene culvert pipe, road oil (refined) cracked fuel oil, gasoline and diesel fuel, pug mill mixing, railroad tank car culverts and flatbed cars, new and used steel pipe, slag and hauling materials.
21. Consider and take action on accepting the bid of 55,101.00 from Lake Country Chevrolet to replace the wrecked patrol truck, from unanticipated funds from insurance and auction proceeds.
22. Consider and take action to purchase equipment from unanticipated insurance and auction proceeds to equip vehicles.
23. Consider and take action to use unexpended SB22 funds and accepting the bid from Silsbee Ford in the amount of $49,270.25 to replace the Ford Explorer and equipment that was destroyed by a structure fire.
