8. Consider and take possible action regarding a Road Use Agreement between Anderson County and ASB1, LLC, to address possible degradation of any county maintained roads in the construction, operation or maintenance of the Anderson County Enterprise Zone-Pham BESS.
9. Consider and take possible action regarding the adoption of a Tax Abatement Agreement with ASB1, LLC, pursuant to Chapter 312, Texas Tax Code.
10. Conduct Public Hearing to act upon the following items: (1) to consider the application of Skull Creek Solar, LLC, for approval of a First Amended Tax Abatement, pursuant to the provisions of the Property Redevelopment and Tax Abatement Act, Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code.
11. Close Public Hearing
12. Consider and take possible action to Amend an existing Tax Abatement Agreement with Skull Creek Solar, LLC, pursuant to Chapter 312, Texas Tax Code.
13. Consider and take action on the final plat of Oak Crest Mobile Home Park located on Anderson County Road 2232 for Norma Mar. Commissioner Mims
14. Consider and take action on a Memorandum of Understanding between Anderson County Emergency Management and Palestine Independent School District to strengthen disaster preparedness, emergency response, and recovery planning. Judge McKinney
15. Consider and take action on a Retainer Agreement with The Royall Firm for assistance with oil and gas leases. Judge McKinney
