15. Consider and take action on authorizing the County Judge and the County Sheriff to sign a State Plan of Operation (SPO) between the State of Texas and the Anderson County Sheriff's Office for excess personal property and equipment.
16. Consider and take action on Texas Department of Motor Vehicles- Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority Senate Bill 224 Catalytic Converter Grant Program (TxDMV-MVCPA) Grant application and Resolution Number R-05-2026 to be used to apply for license plate reader Cameras throughout Anderson County for crime prevention, criminal investigations, as well as possible recovery of stolen property. The application, information and costs will be provided for review to Commissioners Court on May 4, 2026.
